Product Retuns & Refunds

We know not every device works for every person, so we want to make your returns easy.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can return a device within 14 days of your delivery date and we ask the following:

  • Product does not contains any physical damage or liquid damage
  • Product does not have cosmetic flaws like scratches, dings and cracks. (light surface scratches are okay)
  • Device must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories that came with the device, including manuals
  • Device MUST BE UNLOCKED!  Be sure to remove pass codes or remote locking (Cloud Locking)
  • Please preform a Factory Rest on the device before returning

Be sure to include your order number for faster processing.

Once your RMA has been processed, you will receive an return label and you can drop it off at any FedEx location to ship it back to us.  Once we perform our quality assessment, we will refund your purchase on the original payment method.   We are unable to refund your purchase to any other method other than the original method used.
