How long does it take to get paid?

We process payments within 1-2 business days once your device is received and tested at our warehouse.  You can track the progress of your shipment and your trade-in from the "Track My Trade-in" button in the email you received with your shipping label.  Or email us at support@newayatrade.com and we'll help.

How do I get a quote?

You can get a fast quote on your trade-in device by entering its model (like "iPhone 12 128GB") or its IMEI into the search bar above.  Then answer a few questions about the condition of your phone and you'll have an instant trade-in quote.

How do I ship my device?

Use the prepaid shipping label provided (sent to your email address and downloadable at the end of the trade-in quote) with any spare box or padded envelope that you have.  We appreciate when customers recycle old packing materials to send us their trade-ins.

How long is my offer valid for?

Your trade-in quote is valid for 14 days.  For example, if you got your quote on March 14th, that quote will remain valid until March 28th as long as we receive your trade-in device by that date.

How do I check the status of my trade-in?

You can track the progress of your shipment and your trade-in from the "Track My Trade-in" button in the email you received with your shipping label.  If you can't find that email, reach out to support@newayatrade.com and we'll help.

Can I sell multiple devices in one order?

You can use a single shipping label to send in all of your devices -- it's better for the planet and safer for shipping and the trade-in process.  You'll receive a shipping label for every device that you get a quote on, but feel free to just use one of those labels for all of the devices you're trading in.

Am I obligated to sell if I get a quote and shipping label?

Nope!  Our trade-in quotes are commitment free and you're not obligated to mail-in your device under any circumstance.
